Our team handles delivery, setup, staffing and strike, so your venue contact deals with one crew who already knows the loading dock, the timings and the room.

Corporate holiday parties are exactly what these were built for. Every format is fully branded, professionally attended and designed to move high guest counts quickly without a bottleneck. You get an activation that breaks the ice early in the night, keeps people together, and leaves your team with keepsakes and content that keep the event alive in the group chat on Monday.

Completely. Backdrops and step and repeats, on-screen journeys, print templates, keepsakes, digital overlays, microsites and the gallery guests receive afterwards can all carry your identity. We work from your brand guidelines and send designs for approval before the event, so what appears in front of your guests looks like it came from your marketing team because effectively, it did.

Earlier than most teams expect. Prime December Fridays and Saturdays across Metro Vancouver are usually claimed between September and early November, and custom branding, keepsake production and approvals need runway. Six to ten weeks out is comfortable; if your date is inside that window, talk to us anyway – we hold limited capacity for late bookings.
